Welcome to About You. We’re a therapy and social work practice dedicated to caring for the whole person. People come to us at many points in life: when anxiety keeps looping, when low mood or burnout lingers, after loss or relationship strain, in the wake of trauma, while exploring neurodiversity, or during big life transitions. Whatever brings you here, you deserve support that is respectful, practical, and centred on your goals.
We work collaboratively. You bring your story and values. We bring evidence-based approaches, trauma-informed care, and a steady, compassionate presence. Together, we make a plan that fits your life. That might include skill-building for anxiety and mood, EMDR for trauma, support through separation or parenting changes, strategies for attention and sensory needs, or advocacy across health, education, and community services.
We welcome people from all backgrounds and identities, including culturally and linguistically diverse communities, LGBTQIA+ clients, and those living with disability. Sessions are available in person and via telehealth. If you are supporting a family member, we can include you and coordinate care where helpful.
