Medicare and NDIS
Medicare rebates. As an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker, I can provide services with a Medicare rebate under a Mental Health Treatment Plan. Your GP can prepare this plan and refer you. Rebates apply to a set number of sessions each calendar year.
NDIS. I work with NDIS participants who are self-managed or plan-managed. Supports can include counselling, psychosocial assessments and functional capacity assessments.
Session fees are provided on enquiry. Please get in touch and I will explain what applies to your situation.
